2nd Annual Fundraiser
Mending Hearts for Mason would like to thank all of you who were able to donate and/or participate in last year’s annual fundraiser. Your contributions helped raise $13,000! All the proceeds from your generosity helped kids from North Olmsted City Schools and the surrounding communities.
Our vision is to raise funds to provide seminars about mental health awareness and suicide prevention, scholarships, and school programs to help students, staff, and community. We provide support and peace to those struggling with mental health challenges.
Your support contributed to:
· $4,000 in scholarships (for 5 graduating high school students)
· Middle school pizza lunch with the guidance counselors
· Middle school afterschool relaxation time/sound bath
· Girls’ art therapy class for anxiety
· Calm strips (sensory stickers for a visual and tactile guide to practice mindful breathing)
Registration for the 2nd Annual Mending Hearts for Mason Walk, “A Walk for Mental Health” is now open. The date is Sunday, October 13th from 10am – 12pm at the North Ridgeville Parks & Recreation. We would love to see you again!
